Professional Background

Scott Niekamp began his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2004 through the influence and support of his wife, Marcia, who was also a Financial Representative. Scott finds great satisfaction in getting to know each of his clients and helping them identify and reach their personal and professional financial goals.

Scott has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations.

Scott has also received a number of industry awards throughout his career with Northwestern Mutual including: In 2006, Scott qualified as a Northwestern Mutual Forum member for the first time, which recognizes the highest level of productivity and excellence within Northwestern Mutual. He has qualified every year since.

Gus Klaus began his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2014 and continues to serve his clients every day. He enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them create unique financial plans to reach goals specific to them.

Gus has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

Gus Klaus has also received a number of industry awards throughout his career with Northwestern Mutual. In 2017, Gus qualified as a Million Dollar Round Table Member. Million Dollar Round Table is The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. He has qualified every year since.

Gus holds a B.S. in Finance from Southeast Missouri State University. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Mindy joined Four Anchors Wealth Management in April 2015 and serves as the Chief Operations and Marketing Officer. Her focus is building and managing the most efficient, successful financial services firm that maintains our valuable client relationships. In working with our firm, we will aspire to make their goals become realities during our planning process. Prior to working as a team member within the practice, Marcia Niekamp was one of Mindy's mentors when she started as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual in 2001. She took a two-year hiatus in 2008 to be a mom and help with her husband's family business and then returned to serve on other Wealth Management Advisors' teams.

Mindy graduated from Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing Communications and a Master of Arts in Marketing. She has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations and holds her Series 6, 63, and 7 along with her life and health insurance licenses.

Mindy is married to Nick, and they have two sons and a daughter. Mindy is also active with the tree business and the “Uber” to her kids' lacrosse practices/games and dance classes/competition. In addition to spending time with family and friends, she enjoys running, trivia, the outdoors, and traveling.

Erin joined Four Anchors Wealth Management in January 2021 to facilitate planning services. Her focus is aiding clients in developing their financial plan. Prior to working within Four Anchors Wealth Management, Erin worked on Gus Klaus’ team and has 5 years of industry experience.

Erin graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. She currently holds her Series 6 and 63, along with her life and health insurance licenses.

Erin enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Brent, and her dogs, Louie and Leo. She is also an avid runner and just ran her first marathon. Besides running, Erin likes to visit with family and friends.

Leanne joined Four Anchors Wealth Management in 2016 from a Northwestern Mutual office in Chicago. Leanne helps manage the investment operations and brings over 15 years of industry experience, including a few years at the Northwestern Mutual home office in Milwaukee, WI. Leanne provides excellent service to our clients and assisting the team in the preparation and processing of paperwork and processing investment transactions.

Leanne graduated from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelors of Arts in Finance. Leanne has earned the (RICP®) Retirement Income Certified Professional, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®), and holds her Series 63, 65, and 7 along with her life and health licenses.

Leanne is married to Michael, and they have one daughter. She also has two bonus daughters of Michael’s. Leanne is active outdoors on the endless trails in Parker, CO with her dog Tundra. She and her husband foster dogs for local rescues.

Leslie joined Four Anchors Wealth Management in 2020 to assist in planning services. Her focus is aiding clients in developing their financial plan and reviewing their plan over their lifetime. Leslie brings over 14 years of experience, including 10 years as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual where she was mentored by Scott Niekamp. She took a two-year hiatus in 2018 to be a mom and run a small business.

Leslie graduated from University of Missouri- Columbia in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She currently holds her Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Leslie is married to Brad, and they have a daughter and a son. Leslie is very active in her daughter’s school and activities. Leslie enjoys spending time in the summer on the water and boating both at the Lake of the Ozarks and Florida.
